SHIPPING

When will I get my box?

If you just placed an order, your box will generally ship within one or two business days. Shipping within the continental U.S. generally takes 5-10 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your box has shipped.

For existing members, our seasonal shipping schedule is as follows:

Fall: Bill & Ship Sept 1

Winter: Bill & Ship December 1

Spring: Bill & Ship March 1

Summer: Bill & Ship June 1

What do I do if my box is damaged during shipping or an item is missing?

Any missing, damaged, lost, defective, or wrong/incorrect item(s) must be reported within 15 days of your delivery date. Please email us at support@boxdog.com and our Customer Care team will assist you with getting your items replaced.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within the continental U.S. is free.

Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska - $10 shipping fee per seasonal box

UK and Canada - $15 shipping fee per seasonal box

Do you ship internationally?

We are currently shipping to the continental U.S., Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, UK and Canada. Shipping within the continental U.S. is free.

Can I skip a box?

If you don't like the selections in an upcoming box, or you simply need to take a short break, you can skip a box without contacting us. You must choose to skip the box before you are billed. Payments are taken on August 15, November 15, February 15, and May 15 each year.

Login to your account at BoxDog.com. Go to "Delivery Schedule" and click "Skip."

How do I customize my box?

If you are placing your first order, you will see a screen with customization options as you go through the checkout flow.  

If you are an existing customer, you will receive an email when your box is ready for customization. Simply click on the link to your account within the email to choose your items. You can also finish setting up your account by clicking "Login" from the top level navigation and then click "Create an Account" and complete the sign-up process. Or you can also click "Having Issues Managing Your Subscription" and receive a custom link to your account in your email.

When can I customize my next box?

You will receive an email and a text message (if you opted in to text messaging) when your box is ready for customization. You will have one week after customization opens to choose your selections. Unfortunately, if you make selections after that date there is no guarantee they will make it to your box before we begin the process of packing and shipping the boxes.  

How do I cancel my subscription?

We don't believe in hassle here at BoxDog - life is hard enough. If you would like to cancel your account, you can do logging in to your account and clicking "Subscriptions." You can either choose to skip a single box, or cancel entirely. To cancel your box entirely, simply click "Cancel" from the Subscriptions menu.

To skip your next delivery, go to "Delivery Schedule" and click "Skip."

You can also cancel by emailing us at support@boxdog.com.

You must cancel before payment biling occurs each season in order not to be charged.
